Bournemouth Keen on Making Kepa’s Deal Permanent

Bournemouth wants to sign Kepa Arrizabalaga on a permanent transfer, according to reports from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Kepa has been Bournemouth’s starting keeper since he joined the club on loan last summer. He has played 25 matches in all competitions and kept six clean sheets.

Yahoo Sports reported that there is a buy option clause of €5 million in Kepa’s loan deal. The Spaniard hasn’t played for Chelsea since the 2022/2023 season; he spent last season on loan with Real Madrid, where he won the Champions League and LaLiga.

Chelsea will likely sell Kepa as he is no longer considered part of the club’s project. Kepa might need to take a wage cut to join Bournemouth.
