
CAF Partners with Morocco’s ONCF to Enhance Fan Travel for AFCON 2025

The Confederation of African Football has officially partnered with Morocco’s national railway, Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF), as a sponsor for the 2025 African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The agreement brings several benefits designed to make the tournament more enjoyable for fans, including a special train schedule throughout the event, increased seat capacity during peak travel times, and exclusive travel packages and offers for supporters.
The signing ceremony was attended by CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe, CAF First Vice President who is also the President of the Moroccan Football Federation Fouzi Lekjaa, CAF General Secretary Veron Mosengo-Omba, and ONCF Director General Mohamed Rabie Khlie.
Through this partnership, ONCF will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for fans traveling across Morocco, facilitating easy movement between host cities and helping make AFCON 2025 a seamless and memorable experience for supporters.
CAF reaffirmed its commitment to organizing a world-class tournament that will be positively received across the globe, further enhancing the growth and development of African football.
