The Europa League round of 16 draw: Find out who faces off in the battle for the prestigious trophy.

Sixteen teams are left in the UEFA Europa League, and clubs couldn't wait to find out their round of 16 opponents. This year's Europa League has brought different emotions to the fans; it has been action-packed, and we are in the business end of the competition.

This is this year's draw for the UEFA Europa League round of 16: Brighton face last year's finalist A.S. Roma; two European winners face off - Marseille and Villarreal, with Villarreal still winning this competition most recently in 2021. Thirteen times European trophy winners Liverpool face off against Sparta Praha. 2014 UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE finalists, Benfica has a score to settle with 2022 finalist Rangers. Last season's UEFA Europa Conference League winners, West Ham United, face the German side Freiburg. The Portuguese side, Sporting CP, will play the Italian side Atalanta. Fourteen times European trophy winners AC MILAN take on Slavia Prague. AC Milan has never won this competition in their history and haven't won an European title in 16 years,Xabi Alonso's side, Bayer Leverkusen, takes on Qarabag FK.

The first leg will take place on 7th March 2024, while the second leg will take place on the 14th of March 2024. The winners will advance to the Quarter-Final draw, which will take place on the 15th of March. The Quarter-Finals will be played from 11 - 18 April 2024.
