It was a commanding display by the Saudi side after a shocking 1-0 loss to Al-Tawoun on Tuesday and a 1-1 draw against rivals Al Hilal.
Brazilian forward Talisca opened the scoring for Al Nassr just five minutes into the game. The legendary Cristiano Ronaldo doubled their lead in the 31st minute, bringing his tally to 16 goal contributions for club and country this season. Six minutes later, Angelo Gabriel's shot deflected off Fabio Cardoso and found the back of the net.
The UAE side pulled one back when Park Yong-woo's shot hit the post, rebounded off Bento, and crossed the line.
Wesley put the game to bed for Al Nassr, making it 4-1 in the 81st minute, before Talisca completed his brace in the dying stages of the game.
The result places Al Nassr third in the AFC Champions League Western Conference group with ten points and a goal difference of +6. Al Ain, on the other hand, has only one point from four games and a goal difference of -1.
