
West Ham came from two goals down to claim a vital point against Arsenal

This was West Ham 2nd game in three days but they was still no margin for error as West Ham needed to get a result to climb up the table as they are in a relegation scrap, West Ham lined up in a 4-3-3 formation Luckas Fabiański was in between the sticks, Kurt Zouma and Thilo Kehrer were at the center of defense, Declan Rice was in the middle of the pack and Mikel Antonio led the attack.
Arsenal came into this game knowing they needed to win to increase their lead at the top of the table, Mikel Arterta lined his side in a 4-3-3 formation, Aaron Ramsdale was in goal, Gabriel and Holding was in the center of defense, Thomas Partey was in the middle of the pack and Gabriel Jesus led the attack, Saliba was still out due to injury.
Arsenal were good in the first half especially in the first ten minutes Jesus and Ødegaard gave Arsenal the lead within ten minutes, West Ham had a penalty appeal because of Gabriel’s foul on Paqueta VAR gave West Ham the penalty and Benrahma made no mistake converting from the spot. The first half ended with Arsenal in front but West Ham looked likely to equalize.
Arsenal got a penalty six minutes into the start of the second half but Saka stepped forward and played his shot wide two minutes later Bowen drew West Ham level, the game looked matched since then Antonio almost gave West Ham the winner in the 82nd minute but his header hit the crossbar, the game ended with both sides.
The results are important at both ends of the table, Arsenal lost a chance to increase their lead at the top to six points they are four points ahead of Manchester City but have played a game more than Manchester City they will face Manchester City on the 26th of May the match could determine the title race.
West Ham's draw against Arsenal means they are four points off the relegation places, it is looking likely they will stay up and might still have a good season as they are still in the UEFA European Conference League, they will face Gent in the London Stadium on Thursday and Bournemouth three days later.
